Terms and Conditions

1. Scope & Contractual Parties

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, license, and use of the digital software package "Anti-RTO WhatsApp Delivery Confirmer for Egyptian COD Merchants" created by Ramez Fathy (Individual Private Software Developer, Egypt).

All sales contracts and digital delivery are executed exclusively through our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Digistore24 GmbH (for EU/international customers) and Digistore24 Inc. (for US customers).

2. Product Scope & Digital Delivery

The Anti-RTO suite is an electronic digital download package delivered immediately via Digistore24 download vault upon successful purchase. The package contains:

• 4 modular n8n automation workflow JSON templates.
• Supabase PostgreSQL database schema files with automated state machine triggers.
• Docker Compose configuration templates for n8n and Evolution API.
• Next.js 14 merchant analytics dashboard source code.
• Automated mock test suite and payload simulation scripts.
• Complete English and Arabic step-by-step setup documentation.

3. Technical Requirements & Buyer Responsibility

This is a self-hosted automation solution. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The buyer is responsible for their own virtual server (VPS), Docker hosting environment, domain or subdomain, and SSL certificates.
• The buyer must maintain valid third-party service accounts, including Supabase (free or paid tier), Evolution API or Meta WhatsApp Cloud API credentials, and Bosta courier API keys.
• Any fees incurred from third-party hosting, VPS providers, or messaging usage are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the $49 one-time package price.

4. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, the buyer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy, adapt, and run the workflow templates for their own direct e-commerce store operations.

Restrictions: You may not resell, sublicense, rent, bundle, distribute, or publicly disclose the source workflow JSON templates, SQL schemas, or internal dashboard code without explicit prior written permission.

5. 14-Day Refund Policy

In accordance with Digistore24 return policy regulations and consumer protection standards, customers are entitled to a 14-day refund period starting from the date of purchase.

If you wish to request a refund, you can do so directly through Digistore24 order support or by reaching out to our customer support at successmarketplace@gmail.com with your Digistore24 Order ID.

This policy does not restrict or limit any statutory consumer cancellation rights provided under applicable law.

6. Disclaimers & Operational Limits

No Guarantee of Zero RTO: The software validates customer phone numbers, filters cancellations, and gathers customer confirmations. However, final delivery rates depend on courier road accessibility, courier driver performance, and customer availability. No guarantee of 100% delivery or zero RTO is expressed or implied.

WhatsApp Compliance: Built-in anti-ban safeguards (random delays, single 24h follow-ups) reduce messaging risks. However, compliance with Meta/WhatsApp messaging policies remains the merchant's sole responsibility. We cannot be held liable for WhatsApp account restrictions resulting from spam complaints or unsolicited marketing.
